Alessandro Garofalo

Founder (in 1995) and owner of “Garofalo & Idee Associate S.R.L.” (www.garofalo.it), a business laboratory specializing in the development of new product concepts and innovative training. His professional background includes collaborations with Ferrari, Lavazza, Pirelli, Geox, Technogym, BNL, Poste Italiane, etc. Since 2025, he has continued his work as a freelancer. From 2005 to 2012, he served as President and subsequently as a board member of Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A. In 2016/17, he was a member of the scientific working group of the Trento Chamber of Commerce, defining the guidelines for the economic growth of the Trentino region. He is the head of the creativity laboratory for the Master in Innovation at the Cuoa Foundation in Vicenza and a contract professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Verona, where he teaches creativity and marketing innovation. He is a lecturer at the Institute of Maritime Military Studies in Venice and an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Luiss Business School. He has also taught at the Scuola Holden in Turin. A physics graduate, he has decades of professional experience in research and development within the mechanical and energy industries.
